Do I need to log in to visit the site?
No.  The majority of the MSV site is accessible without logging in.  We only ask you to log in when registering for events, accessing secure member information or when you are changing information contained in your profile.

How much does it cost to create a profile?
There is no cost to create a profile.

I have already created a profile, but I can’t remember my username or password.
Use our “Forgot your username or password?” feature found on the login screen.  You must enter the e-mail address you used when you originally created your profile.

How can I change my password?
You can update your password by using the “Edit Profile” feature.

I can’t login.

• Double-check that you are entering the correct user name and password.
• Passwords are case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock isn't on.
• Check that your browser security settings are allowing cookies on your machine. You must accept cookies from us in order to use the site.

How can I update my contact information?
You can update your contact information by using the “Edit Profile” feature.
